Each of our support and maintenance contracts comes with a monitoring service where we analyse system logs to identify system performance issues and any underlying warnings or errors. We are often able to identify and address issues before they present as problems to our clients.
We also offer software maintenance where we are continually testing the software to identify possible enhancements or issues. Where problems are identified we rapidly fix, test and deploy a maintenance release update to the software.
